Audience Ticket Requests

Once you have submitted a ticket request, you will be placed onto our waitlist queue. If we are able to offer you reserved tickets for the date you requested, you will be contacted by email with instructions for how to confirm your e-ticket. Not all ticket requests can be honored, and we will contact you only if your ticket request has been approved.

CHECK-IN
Tapings of our shows begin at 8:00 pm EST Thursdays. Check-in will usually start 6:20 pm and close promptly at 6:50pm. Occasionally, the shows will tape at alternate times, so please make sure to consult your e-ticket for your check-in time.

To claim your tickets on the day of the taping, you and your guests should arrive at studio entrance by 6:15 pm then proceed to the check-in desk. Please be advised that we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, as e-ticket distribution may be in excess of studio capacity to ensure a full studio audience.

TAPING DURATION
The taping will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes and attendees can expect the entire experience, from check-in to the end of the show, to last approximately three hours. Most tapings of the shows end by 9:15pm, but please be advised that check-in and taping schedules are subject to change, possibly without notice. Minimum quiet on the set duration is from 7:45 pm - 9:15 pm.

MINIMUM AGE
Everyone must be at least 16 years old and present a valid photo ID;date of birth must be visible at the time of check-in to attend a taping. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

VIP ATTENDANCE
Due to limited studio space, groups larger than four people will not be admitted. Please be advised that e-tickets that have been obtained under separate names to accommodate a group larger than four people may be considered invalid. The validity of those e-tickets will be decided at the discretion of an Audience Coordinator.

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE
Dress code is smart casual. Remember, you could be on camera; We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately.

PERSONAL ITEMS
Cell phones and cameras must be powered off completely to avoid interference and distraction once your party is directed to proceed into the studio. Any cellphone use, photography or videography after this time will result in ejection from the studio. No backpacks, luggage, large shopping bags, weapons of any kind, mace, spray bottles, promotional items, food or drink will be allowed in the Laidback Lounge or the Production Studio, other than what is provided for VIP guests to remain in the areas provided only.

SECURITY CHECK
Please be aware that all audience members will submit to a bag search prior to entering the Laidback Lounge. Personal items that are deemed inappropriate or potentially dangerous will be confiscated and returned upon exiting the building. All audience members are expected to comply with all security procedures. If we deem you under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a threat, or otherwise unfit, you will not be permitted inside the studio. We reserve the right to deny admission at any time, for any reason.

 

PROPER BEHAVIOR
Everyone must respect the processes of preparing and taping. This includes quiet on set while doing sound checks, set up, and recording. All guests must honor the Host's requests. If a guest does not comply, the guest may be ejected from the building. Any unwelcome disturbance during taping is immediate grounds for ejection. Audience guests must not engage with the Host or show guests during taping.

SPECIAL NEEDS
We make reasonable accommodations for guests with disabilities who request accommodations at least seven days before the show date. Guests with a disability, including guests who are visually, hearing or mobility impaired, require assistance with stairs, and/or wheelchair users, must contact the show 14 daya prior to requesting tickets to request specific accommodation.
